Welcome to Giuliana Victoria's shop! Below are the details regarding our shipping and returns policy. Please take a moment to review them before making your purchase.

Shipping Information

  • Processing Time:
    • All physical book orders and merchandise will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase unless they are pre-orders.
    • While our goal is to ship all pre-ordered items within a week of release, this may not always a possibility as a result of our manufacturer. When possible, pre-orders will be shipped 5+ days prior to the day of release to ensure purchasers receive their book before release. If you'd like a free e-book of the pre-ordered title and do not have Kindle Unlimited, please email Kait at literarilythebest.as@gmail.com and she will send you a copy via BookFunnel.
    • If you have purchased a pre-ordered item along with other items, all items will ship at the same time (according to pre-order shipping estimates). If you'd like to pre-order and would also like your other items to ship prior to the pre-ordered item, please place two separate orders to account for shipping costs. 
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

    • Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. Rates will be calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 include free media mail shipping at the expense of the shop owner/author. 
    • Domestic US: Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days after processing.
    • International: This option is not available at this time due to the cost to the purchaser. If you would like an estimated cost of international shipping, please contact Kait at literarilythebest.as@gmail.com
  • Tracking:

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor the progress of your package through the provided link.
  • Shipping Restrictions:

    • We currently only offer domestic shipping within the US. If you are in Canada and would like to pre-order or purchase signed copies of my books, Scribbles Book Shop offered shipping to Canada. 

Returns & Refunds

  • Physical Products (Books & Merchandise):

    • We accept returns on physical items within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Items that are damaged or altered in any way after delivery will not be eligible for return.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Digital products, such as eBooks and downloadable content, are non-refundable.
    • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or mistake in the order.
  • Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact Kait at literarilythebest.as@gmail.com with details of the issue.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • For lost or damaged packages, we request that you wait for the carrier's investigation process to be completed before issuing a replacement or refund.
